This particular product comes with all the accessories that you'll ever need. They have the attachments for cleaning your carpets, to an attachment for cleaning in between the tiles on your counter. Steamfast Handheld Steam Cleaner
Since it can only hold about 10 ounces of water, you will probably get 10-15 minutes of use out of it for the water you put in. If there is any consolation, it takes only three minutes to heat up, so you should be able to get it going again very fast. It has a nozzle on the end for a very concentrated spray of steam. Best Handheld Steam Cleaner
The good news is that we're talking about steam here and there really isn't any special way to use it. The best one that I've come across is the Haan HS-20 Deluxe Personal Santizing Handheld Steam Cleaner. It is something that is small, yet quite powerful. It also has all the attachments you need for cleaning upholstery, clothes, carpets, grout and whatever other job you can think of. I have a link below for you to take a look.

This is a pretty popular brand when it comes to the steam cleaners that you can hold in your hand. They make quite a few good models and there are really too many of them for me to list here. I really like the MC1235 and the MC 1220. They're both exceptionally good and provide a great amount of steam. That is the thing you really need to think of when purchasing this type of item. You want to make sure you get a nice stream of consistent steam. And that really comes down to wattage.
Another recognizable brand is Scunci. You may have seen some of the infomercials for steam cleaners that they sell. The most popular would be the Scunci SS1000
